National Collegiate Entertainers Group (NCEG) Partners with Rap Plug to Drive Student Empowerment and Nationwide Expansion

National Collegiate Entertainers Group (NCEG), a groundbreaking nonprofit founded by students at Georgia State University, announces a strategic partnership with Rap Plug, solidifying their commitment to revolutionize the music industry and empower students across the nation.

Established in 2013, NCEG has been at the forefront of empowering aspiring musicians and industry enthusiasts, aiming to create the NCAA of the Music Industry. With a vision to reshape artist development, NCEG has set its sights on expanding its reach to over 411 colleges and universities, providing students with invaluable education certifications.

The partnership between NCEG and Rap Plug is multifaceted, comprising three key components: Affiliate Marketing, Content Production, and College Panel Tours.

  1. Affiliate Marketing: Leveraging NCEG's campus awareness machine, Rap Plug's PRO CLASSES will be introduced to college markets through physical promotions and digital campaigns. NCEG will harness the power of student testimony, incentivizing support for NCEG chapters through designated discount codes.
  2. Content Production: Rap Plug will streamline content production on campuses, engaging students of Georgia State University and offering remote internships to qualified individuals. Through partnerships with NCEG chapters, production opportunities will extend to other major cities, empowering students with practical industry experience.
  3. College Panel Tours: NCEG and Rap Plug will embark on College Panel Tours, featuring the "Future of the Music Industry" series. These panels, tailored to motivate students, will visit multiple campuses, inspiring active participation and the launch of NCEG chapters. Beginning Fall 2024, NCEG plans to host monthly panels as part of this initiative.

"By partnering with Rap Plug, NCEG is furthering its mission to empower the next generation of music industry leaders," said Derek Jackson, CEO of NCEG. "Together, we are committed to providing students across the nation with unparalleled opportunities for growth, education, and empowerment."

Through this strategic partnership, NCEG and Rap Plug are poised to redefine the landscape of music industry education, empowering students across the nation to pursue their passions and realize their potential.
